FOKANA Convention USA 2020 Presidential Message

Dear Friends,
FOKANA is in operation for the last 38 years, an umbrella organization of mostly high-net-worth Diasporas of Keralites in USA and Canada, with more than 500,000 members, engaged in a range of social and philanthropic activities, promoting rich cultural traditions in North America. The high-point of FOKANA’s activities is the BIENNIAL CONVENTION, held once every two years with over 3000 participants. Over the years, the event has become an effective platform for professional networking in a convivial environment.
The 19th Biennial Convention will be held at Bally’s Casino Resort, 1900 Broadwalk, Atlantic City, NJ, USA from July 9-12, 2020. A glittering Inaugural function, the Convention will comprise, of three days of programs – Business, Seminars, Round Table Meetings, Discussions and various fun filled Cultural programs by renowned Malayalam artistes, etc. We intend to accord befitting recognition to various eminent persons who had made outstanding contributions to the country, state and people. The event will conclude with a grand Banquet on July 11 evening.
With a number of participants attending from positions of affluence and powerful decision makers – the cream of NRK’s in American society, the event will not just be a get-together of North American Malayalees, but will serve as an effective platform to project the multitude of business opportunities that Kerala offers to its non-resident community and boosting our nation’s economy, and particularly that of Kerala.
